Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
